Honest, Helpful, and Now My Go-To Shop
I had a great experience at Ken Caryl Imports. A warning light came on in my car, and I suspected it was just a sensor issue. They quickly checked it out, confirmed it wasn’t serious, and reset the error code. The best part? They didn’t charge me for the visit. That kind of honesty and customer care is rare these days. They’ve definitely earned my trust—and my future business!

I will never use another shop
Ken Caryl Imports is honest they are thorough and they are very professional. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. I usually walk out of there with a bill much less than I expected for my Mercedes-Benz..

Amazing service
My beloved 2014 Outback needed some love and, after a little radiator leak, Danny brought the car in same day and provided fast, thoughtful service. It was determined that more work was needed and Danny went to battle with my warranty provider to get the work done. My car is back home and will be handed down to my kiddo. I am so happy I found Ken Caryl Imports!!

Excellent as usual!
Totally appreciate the quickness of taking in our vehicle (after hours drop off) and having the service done within 2 days for a longer job.

We noted the labor time and cost per hour is very competitive and fair (insisted has standards the follow). Had thought the part cost was a bit high, however this may be related to supplier costs and that it’s a higher quality part than what you’d get at a NAPA, O Reilly, or Auto Zone to do the job yourself (it was labor intensive and We don’t have a car lift).

We do appreciate the 2-year or mileage warranty provided by KC imports should the after market part fail and they do honor this as we’ve used it in the past without question. Be reassured this warranty is a great guarantee and honored if needed. Thank you to KC Imports for the timeliness, competitive pricing, and friendliness.

Corrected a Trans fluid level issue. Returned my 31 year old BMW to regular driver status
Danny and Bryon got a low fluid level issue in my trans resolved in the next day after calling them. Isolated a very minor leak that had been slowly lowering level in the 120k miles since it was changed (supposed to be lifetime according to BMW). Drives and shifts like normal. Added BG ATC to improve seals performance. All and all very good service. Thanks!

Unexpected finding
I've been taking my car into K.C. Imports for oil changes and scheduled maintenance for numerous yrs. Recently, had rear breaks and oil change completed. This last visit I found once home, my driver seat was really dirty and I could also feel grit on the lumbar back and seat. It took me considerable time to vacuum to remove the grit and wash the seat to get it clean. I did call the office to inform them but no answer. I left a message that same day, but to date, have not recd a call back. I sent several photos of the seat before cleaning it to the cell number that I recd my pick up ready text. No response. Wished they had responded, but more importantly, I wish that it had been covered to protect the light colored seat.

Quick to look at auto and repair.
