I posted months back regarding waiting on my car which has been in their care for over a year now. My post in June said November 2007 which is the year of the car. The car has been with Ken Baker Europro since August 2019 and it is now Dec 2020.

Not Sure What to Say
It has been awhile since i've heard any updates regarding my auto. I've paid half the bill and waiting on the car. I have a BMW M6 coupe and it has been there since November 2007. Is that unusual or no? Anyways I am waiting on a return call for the 6th time to see what is going on.

Neal has issues with customers asking is there car is ready..He was like i know its your car iam like wow i paided for it..Then over charged me 100 extra dollars when i was to pay 100 my warranty paided the rest..Then they damaged my vehicle where the hood and the side meet on my mercedes E 550 coupe..They said nothing i see why they are out of business before i took my vehicle to them i took pictures i have proof of before and after the attuide and the way they treat the customer and there vehicles is horrible that Neal ugh is low key racist..

TOOK MB IN FOR A B SERVICE AND WAS THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED FROM THE STAFF, SERVICE AND PRICE (WHICH IS MUCH MORE AFFORDABLE THAN DEALERSHIP). THAT'S WHY THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR ALL THESE TEARS AND ARE THE ALTERNATIVE TO THE DEALERS.

brakes and gasket
i just moved down to SC from Pittsburgh Pa, i didn't know who to take my mini cooper to so i Googled it and Ken Baker came up. They explained everything to me and answered all my questions and it didn't take long to fix all what i had done. TJ and Rebecca at the Service Desk was very polite and showed me respect. Thanks all who helped me in a place i am new in.
