When I got the call regarding the issues with my truck. I was told that I needed brakes all the way around and that I needed a bulb, and that I had an exhaust leak. When discussing the exhaust leak, the person on the phone said that it's a huge pain in the ass. At that point, I assumed that perhaps Ken and sons did not want perform the work. Also there was issues regarding the previous inspection sticker was ripped off and not another one put back on and my wife had had to turn around and come back for it. I talked to my wife and we just decided that we weren't going to have any more done to it after the phone call. At that point I figured I'd get somebody else to do it.
