After speaking with a sales associate about a vehicle that I was very interested in I decided to take a 1.5 hr trip to have a look, took vehicle for a test ride and decided to purchase. However I was running late for work so I had to inform the sales manager and sales associate that went on the test ride with me I would come in the following day to purchase. The next morning I was on the phone with the sales associate from approximately 10:30 am till 2:30 pm finalizing the price, doing the credit check and filling out all paperwork . Was locked in to a good rate had my deposit everything was finalized or so I thought. As I am ready to walk out my door to drive another 1.5 hrs back to the dealership I get a call from the dealership and was told that they had sold my truck to someone else but they had another one that I could look at. So after all of the paperwork was complete they just sold it to another person! Some very unethical and completely unprofessional salesmanship I must say. It gets better, after all that the sales associate tells me that was the fourth time in 1 month this happened to him. Bottom line here is the sales manager at the top to the low man on the floor do not have a care about any customers needs all they care about is a sale and will cut each other’s throat to get it and the customer is the one who loses. This dealership DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER! BEWARE!!!!
