On 4/13/2023, they will have had my 2001, top of the line, Hyundai Santa Fe, Calligraphy sitting on their lot, idle and no doubt rusting away for SEVEN (7) months. I understand there was a recall due to a transmission issue - I happened to be one of the lucky ones requiring a new transmission. Not ONCE have I been contacted by Keith Hawthorne with status or any other communication regarding my vehicle. Every word I've received by them was in response to an inquiry of my own - many of those unanswered. This has gotten beyond ridiculous.
