Do NOT bring your Hyundai here for service unless you have mechanical knowledge. Very dishonest.
My daughter went to this dealership for an oil change and tire rotation a $39.95 special and a state inspection sticker. She left the dealership after a 5 hour wait (no loaner or ride) with $900 in charges. She is a young woman with no mechanical experience. She owns her 2018 Tucson because I advised her, as her father that Hyundai has the best warranty and service. We don't feel that way anymore. She was told she needed the services because she was in the "RED ZONE." In addition to an unnecessary alignment ($100), she was scammed into a brake fluid exchange ($141) and the Premium fuel saver service ($180). I spoke to the Service Manager Mr. Brian Moyer, who after consulting with his service team said he "has no doubt" my daughter consented to these charges and refused to take a penny off the bill! My opinion is they are heartless scammers of young women.
