Did not stand behind their bid for service
I told them I wanted to have my emergency brake cables changed since I had paid to have them unfrozen twice and said I also wanted a price on changing the emergency brake shoes as well. The vehicle did not need diagnosing but they insisted that they could not give me a price until they had looked at it and when I finally got the bill they had added in a charge for diagnosing . I requested a price for changing the front struts as well. I knew one strut was leaking and the vehicle ride was harsh. Late that afternoon they gave me a total price of $2215 for all the work. I asked Kate the person who gave me the quote to break out the cost of the emergency brake cables and shoes since I did not want to spend that much on the vehicle. Kate indicated that to change the emergency brake cables and shoes would be $514. That appeared to be the average price as checked online for the repair so I told them to go ahead with the repair. They said they would have it ready the next day. By late afternoon the next day I called to pick up the vehicle and referenced I was picking up my Highlander which was in for emergency brake cables and shoes and I was informed by Tammy, the owner's wife they only did the shoes the cables would cost an additional $597.63. Tammy, the owners wife said she did not remember the conversation the way I did but the person who gave me the quote was Kate and she said the $514 included all labor and parts and if there were any additional parts beyond the cables and shoes that would be extra and I told her that was acceptable. There was no room for mis understanding it was as clear as could be. They took advantage of me by giving me one price for the cables and shoes and then later claiming it had only been for a portion of the work. I was always very clear I wanted both the cables and shoes changed and feel they did not deal honestly with me. I would not recommend these people for any vehicle service.

Peace of mind
Moved to the area about 18 months ago and needed a good, go to auto service shop. Had the same one in Salem, NH area for 36 years. Found Keegan through a neighbor and they have been great.

During the state inspection an oil pan leak discovered.
When the oil pan leak was discovered in my 2014 Nissan Murano, the mechanic pointed it out to me. Within a short time an estimate was printed. Since this was late in the day, I left the car overnight and the next day, as promised, my car was repaired and at the estimated price.
Everyone was knowledgeable and very courteous. I also brought in my other car for brakes and was told “not needed yet”. So I will definitely go back.

Excellent experience, every time.
Honest mechanics, honest people. I know right? In this day and age. And, I always seem to have the munchies when I pick up my car...?, And I always get a bag of chocolate from the ladies!!! Yay!!!☮️☮️❤️

Quality Repairs with Longevity
Keegan Auto has been taking care of my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee for over 5 years now, which is a car I use every day and now has over 300,126 miles. Keegan's excellent mechanics. attention to detail and willingness to discuss a repair with you and best practices allows you to make an informed decision. Looking forward to keeping it for another 100,000 more miles with Keegan's excellent service. An excellent place to maintain your car or truck.

What a joke of a place and filthy!
The owners are the worst people there. They apply parts and charge people without getting ok first. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to that place. If you have a nice or decent car dont go there. There's NO respect for people's property.

Keagen Auto is the best I have been to. Super professional. This place is not like others. What makes this place professional is because of the owner, Mike. It’s doesn’t feel like you take your car to a Mechanic but a Doctor.At Keagen Auto you get charged for what you need. I like this place a lot because of its

3. Never overprices.

Not to forget to mention that they have Rental Car system where you can just cruise around while waiting for your car to heal up.

Excellent service, honest, fair prices, used a 50 dollar coupon sent to me in mail, very nice and friendly, great work overall pleasure to find a mechanic you can finally trust. Free rental cars are nice as well.
