Fifth vehicle with these Guys!
I can’t speak about anyone else’s experience but the folks I’ve sent here and even myself have had nothing less than 100% Transparency through and through not only they tell you what yu need and why you need it but they damn sure give you some good examples of what your cars probably doing. I would definitely recommend them but come with your wallet ready good service ain’t cheap but they will work with you don’t be scared to ask for help

Maintenance service
Brought my 2010 Ram 1500 work truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had to have it back that day so I could use it the following morning for work. They had me in and out in less than an hour! Excellent service and customer care. This wasn't my first experience with them. My wife's vehicle was having issues that I attempted to resolve myself. I'm pretty handy when it comes to such things but this one stumped me. Should've brought it to them initially because the problem wasn't anywhere near what I was thinking. Needless to say, she's back on the road and happy! Recommended for any service/diagnosis you need.

Knowledgeable Shop but Low Quality of Work
Took my vehicle in for spark plug replacement and asked to check for an oil leak. After I paid the bill and went back to pick up my car later that night, the car was running awful and much worse than when I took it in; so bad that it cut off before I could even park it in my driveway, not to mention that was only a 10 minute drive away. I went back and explained the situation and was told to bring the vehicle back in but I was charged for diagnostics again when the poor performance had to be extremely noticeable and obvious before I was told the car was done initially. This ordeal could’ve been avoided before I wasted the time taking the car home if the shop had been more thorough and transparent. Under better circumstances the cost would not be an issue but I had to pay again because they dropped the ball.
Attempted to talk to a manager several times before paying but gave up after no one was available or I was promised someone would call me.

Good people and excellent work!
KC’s was recommended to me by a friend, and I have been impressed with the friendliness and mechanical expertise of the employees, but standing charges for everyone of $20 for shop supplies, and $10 for hazardous materials disposal (whether used or not), seems unnecessary to me, and frankly, a little dishonest.

They are the guys you need if you own a classic car
They were fast and friendly and very knowledgeable about classic cars. My mechanic retired this year and it's been hard to find a place to bring your classic car. Thank God for these guys. I will be back the next time it breaks down. I highly recommend them for all you classic car needs.
