I am a transplant from another state, not having the extra help. I need occasionally from other people. My son contacted. Southside for me from Virginia due to my car, shutting down on me. Southside got me in immediately by picking my car up from where I live diagnosing the problem and fixing it within a 24 hour period. Three different people had contacted me from the garage, letting me know what was going on And each one of those gentlemen had an excellent attitude and caring. As of this moment, my car is running beautifully and I definitely will be contacting them for any future towing or mechanical issues. Thank you, Kris and your team.
