Took my car in for the back up camera not working. They had my car for over a month, not only did they not fix my camera, now my stereo doesn’t work. They used the parts that were not compatible. And warranty won’t cover it, and I’m screwed! Do not take your vehicle to these idiots!
can't get my tires rotated as no one is answering the phone
My review at 3:15pm: I had an oil change and they verified I need my tires rotated as part of the service. But their lifts were all full and I would have to come back. Then when I went to pay I was told their credit card machine was down so I had to walk to the bank for cash.
I tried calling them twice today to see if I could get the tires rotated but there was no answer after 12-15 rings each time. I called the number on the survey request and was told that number is no longer valid. He suggested I call tomorrow and they should be open?
What is going on here?
Roger said he told them problem and they checked it out, and told him there was another part was wrong. He said he asked them to replace and give an estimate. Roger said they called the weekend before the holiday for him to pick up his vehicle. He said they told him they didn't get a chance to test it, but the mechanic test drove it and said they heard a noise. Roger said the guy didn't explain, but the sales rep told him that the vehicle was missing a shock. Roger said under the vehicle, it was beat up. He said they then told him to bring it back after the holiday and they'll check it out. He said he took the vehicle in and they told him they didn't have time and were booked for a whole week. Roger said he told them it wasn't safe to drive, and the guy apologized but still refused. He said they took his money right away. Roger said as soon as he got out of driveway, he heard same clunk. He said he took it back and told the guy what he heard, and the guy yelled at him. Roger said he had to go somewhere else.
George said he had no issues with the business finding the problem with his vehicle. He said everything was fine.
