Brought in a RAV4 for evaluation. LA dealership was trying to add service items not needed.
Tim was thurough and found only one minor issue. It was fixed. The other items won't need to be addressed for another 30,000 miles. I've always trusted KB with multiple vehicles at a variety of times.
