The individual who claimed to be the owner of this business was completely unprofessional and dismissive. He showed little regard for customer service and seemed more focused on handling his personal matters than honoring the appointment he had scheduled for my daughter's vehicle, which had already been paid for.
When we expressed our concerns about his lack of professionalism and our time, he was dismissive and showed no interest in addressing them. It was clear that our business was neither valued nor appreciated.
As a result, we chose to take our business elsewhere (St Lucie Battery & Tire), where customer service is a priority and customers are treated with respect. We have since received excellent care for our vehicle care needs and cannot be happier with that decision.
Based on this experience. I would not recommend this business.
