What A Joke For A Company
If i could rate a negative 5 stars i would. On 5/19/2020 i called the store Twice to see and make sure they had my size tires in, and i was assured that they did. i was quoted a ridiculous amount at the store i had decided to leave and keep looking at other places. i got to the door the dark complected guy behind the counter pretty much yelled for me to come back in. he then tells me he could do a full set of [ kelly edge 245/60/18 tires ] for $473.00. i still did not have enough on me so i went and got more money and came back to get it done. i got back there and told him i wanted to get them. I then waited about 45 minutes and they were not busy just lazy, STANDOFF-ISH, SECRETIVE ,AND VERY VERY RUDE. The tires finally got done and i ask for a receipt, did not get one i was ignored. i have requested one 3 times now still have not got one. it was the next day i looked at the tires they were Pantera 235/65/18 [not what i asked for or what the vehicle calls for]. i was extremely irritated i called the store back up on Thursday cause when i finally realized what they did it was seriously 6 pm on Wednesday in a Kroger parking lot i was sitting on my bike, they were closed. when you go to a company like this you want to trust and believe them when they say they are doing what you have requested of them . at this point i still did not have a receipt , the guy one the phone seriously argued with me about the tires they did put on my vehicle being better quality tire i informed him i did not care they were the correct size that i requested or the vehicle calls for, and that out of all the times i ask for a receipt he NEVER gave me one like he did not hear me. he then yells at me on the phone telling me that he could give me receipt right then if i went back down there which i should not have had to do in the first place. so here i sit with the wrong sized tires on my vehicle from them still and waiting for their worthless customer service people to get back to me also that like to repeatedly hang up on people as well or avoid them in every way . THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE AND I TRULY REGRET EVER GOING THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE , BUT I WILL GET THE RIGHT SIZE TIRES OR I WILL RETURN THE TIRES ON MY VEHICLE NOW LIKE THE OLD LADY IN THE COMMERCIAL .This was NOT $4.73 that they ripped me off of, it is $473.00. they need someone there to run that company the right way that can HEAR and follow directions. and oh yeah that can PRINT RECEIPTS.
