Communication was very poor I would get transferred to someone and they would never pick up or return any calls. I even had the receptionist leave a note, yet no returned calls. I also didn't get a call for when my car was ready. It seemed like every time I called they had something to tell me; I'm not sure why they never could reach out to me first.
