I was caught in a fight between K-Ceps and my insurance company, USAA. I had previously never had any problems with USAA but what they would pay was much less than what K-Ceps would charge. After a few weeks of arguing, I finally paid quite a bit (over and above my large deductible) to just get the job done and get my car back. The quality of the work was excellent.
