I called only the day before and Wayne worked me into their busy schedule. Very much appreciated; he did not have to do that. Chris, one of the associates, called me over to show me the tire damage. Most garages will not allow the customer to witness an issue, so for Chris to take that time was appreciated, too. Most importantly my new (2025) van tranny downshifts roughly at times . . . and like so many new cars these days there is no tranny dipstick. Dealerships wanted to charge me some variation of a flush/drain charge just to check the tranny level. Chris did it in a presumably simpler way, and all was OK . Prices were very good for all items. I’d recommend K&S to anyone.
