They take care of their customers!
Russell goes the extra mile to make his customers happy. This kind of thing isn't found very much in the modern world, it seems, but it is here. On top of that, you get a two year warranty (nationwide) with your repair, which is a year longer than anyone else, and for the same labor rate you'd pay for that one year warranty. The warranty will also reimburse up to 2 incidents of roadside assistance, whether or not they are related to the reason you got the repair in the first place. Seriously, where else are you going to get this kind of support?

That would not mean much if you were going to get bad quality work, but I never had anything to complain about at K&C. I wish I could say the same for some chain repair places in town.

I realize that there are a lot of fake or paid reviews out there, but this isn't one of them. I'm just an actual customer who wants to encourage the old-fashioned (in a good way) kind of service that you can still find in some places.

Courtesy inspection
Another quality service provided by K and C Auto. Our son purchased his first truck and K and C performed a courtesy inspection for us. Truck was in over all great shape however K and C did discover the U joints would need attention in the future. We opted to have K and C change out the U joints knowing the job would be done right.

One of my favorite shops I’ve gone too.
Russel and Nathan amazing. Great customer service make the effort to check in. Had gotten it back and not but a week later I had to bring cause an entirely new issue that cause me to break down. They made it a priority and figured out the mystery issue. I really appreciate them being a shop I can trust.

Professional, knowledgeable.
Absolutely wonderful service. The work done to reroute our exhaust & new tips on our 1977 Chevy Step Side is the “BEST EVER”.
We’ve never been this thrilled with previous jobs done at other locations on the past.
We’re definitely giving all our business needs to K & C Muffler in the future & recommend them as well to our family, friends & anyone who we may come across needing work done.
