Justin is always friendly & respectful, very thorough in his work. I got an oil change once in Bethany - I'll never go back. Justin checked all the fluid levels, the tires, lights, blinkers, & so on. He added windshield washer fluid, & checked the radiator fluid to make sure it was ready for cold weather. I now am aware that my battery is "good" but only about 64%, so we talked about that. My car is approaching 100k miles, & he talked to me about tune-up needs at that mileage mark. I know how much the battery & the tune-up will likely cost. Oh, & he changed the oil! Lol! It cost less than the guy in Bethany, & I got ten times the service! I'm definitely a return customer!
