Nice experience

Frank and his wife both are nice people.My van was making noise .Frank and team replaced break pad and rotors.It took them 1 hr extra as the callipers were rusted but did not charge extra for that.Frank explained me in detail what was done. In general it was great experience.

GREAT PLACE

FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY! I heard about this place from Groupon. I needed to get my rear pads changed and seen a great discount that included labor. So I figured why not? I called first to ask questions and Teresa answered the phone. She was INCREDIBLY helpful and very bubbly on the phone. I told her about the noise that was coming from my rear wheel, she recommend I didn't buy the groupon yet before they inspected because I may not needed. That is when I knew I was in the right hands as far as integrity. I decided to set an appointment for 3pm, but ended up showing up at 130pm. I walked into a nice set up spoke with Teresa and Mark about my vehicle and they decided to serve me right then, which was GREAT! Even though I said I wanted my rear pads changed Mark decided to check both front and back and other things that could be wrong with the car. He discovered that my wheel bearing was very loose and my wheel was about to fall off. Of course this was very bad news for me, seeing as how I'm very low on money. He even recommend that I hold off on the break pads because there was still at least a week left on them. He said that he cared about my safety over anything else and that the wheel bearing was priority! To make a long story short I decided to get both services, wheel bearing replacement and rear break pad replacement. I also got an estimate on some prior body damage to the side of my vehicle which turned out to be extremely cheap and smart. Mark and Teresa are very knowledgeable and reasonable and care more about your overall safety than making a quick buck! I will definitely be back and I recommend this business to anyone looking for integrity and great work on their vehicle!

Worse customer service ever

I drove 40 mins to this shop based off high reviews and was very disappointed. To makes matters worse, I had an appointment. Once I arrived no one was in the lobby nor front desk to greet. However I really needed to get my car serviced. Therefore I waited another 45 mins in the lobby for a staff member. Once a gentleman came in, he took the customer who came in after me!! Never once acknowledged I was even there. Horrible customer service which caused me to leave and take my business else where.

Relieved and Very Satisfied!

I'm beyond relieved to have a team so honest and fair maintaining my car. If you are in, it anywhere near, North Fulton County, this is where you want to be for car service.

I have just found my perfect mechanic!

It was a very good experience. Mark, the shop owner, showed his professinalism by not only being knowledgeable about the problems and fixing them very quickly, but also by not trying to push on me the repairs that were not needed... I will be back!

Straight Up and Knowledgeable

I came in due to hesitation during acceleration in my 2009 Ford Expedition. They could have just defaulted to the $600 tune up and spark plugs but instead they found the air filter cap was not secured properly. they clamped that back down and sent me on my way to see if the hesitation stopped. They could have just done the tune up and charged the $600. I appreciated the honesty and integrity. I will definitely bring my car back for any future service.

Good customer service and repairs

Good customer service. Bumper was pulled off my car and they were able to replace missing parts and paint without charging full amount for a bumper. Did exactly what they said they would do in great timing.

Brake job on BMW740i

These guys do great jobs. They are honest, reliable, friendly, and they know their business. I find their pricing competitive and fair, and they get the job done in the time frame promised. They tell you exactly what is wrong and no BS. That is why I used their service and expertise since I discovered them a year ago. Kudos to both Mark and Chris!
