Amy said Karen is always helpful on the phone, can always get her in. They explain what is going on with the vehicle, let her know the cost, let her know what she can do now and what can wait to do at a later time. She said they are very informative, Karen and David are wonderful people. When her vehicle breaks down it's a bad time, taking it there, she can trust they will tell her the truth about the vehicle and they are doing what is the best for the vehicle.
