I have known Joe and his wife since since the good old days of coaching basketball at St.Ann's when one of his daughters was on my team. I remember taking my vehicles to his old location and was happy with the work done. They still run. I have not seen him in over ten years until I took my Jeep Cherokee XJ to him last month. I have had this jeep for over 25 years, in great shape with 295,000 miles on it and have done pretty much any work on it myself but there are things I cannot do. I had a pinion seal leaking bad on the steering box and a ticking noise from the engine itself. I did not have the experience diving deep into those issues ergo felt that Joe's knowledge would do best. A day after I left my Jeep there at his location I had a call telling me that I would be better to have the original steering box replaced since it had some play in it then to have the seal itself replaced. I agreed to that since I knew the cost would not be that much different overall. I was also told that the ticking was from bad lifters and that I was only running on two good lifters. I told him that I had that ticking issue for some time and I felt fortunate I did not damage the cam or anything else in that 4.0 engine. They did great work in resolving the issues plus also replacing the motor and trans mounts that they also recommended that i also knew needed to be done. I had my Jeep back in a week and It has been running much better and I plan on returning soon to have break work done or anything else for that matter. I appreciate knowing that the work needed is what you need and not trying to sell what is not needed. This Jeep has been very dependable never breaking down other than a flat tire and I do a lot of driving in it especially at times from here to Montana. I strongly recommend Joe and his team for auto repair.
