Check Engine Light ON
Check engine light came on again shortly after it has been fixed. Mechanic found the replacement part had failed prematurely.
JS Automotive installed new part free of charge. The stand behind their work!

Expert service as usual
My vehicle was being serviced for an oil change and winter undercoating. A mechanic was available almost immediately after my arrival at the appointed time, showing that their scheduling is impeccable. The two jobs were done in less time that I anticipated, and I was out earlier than expected as a happy customer.
I have recommended JS Automotive to family and friends, and would do so again when the opportunity arises.

Great Service!
I had my inspection done at J&S, and it was unexpectedly fantastic. Chris was very professional and helpful with the scheduling. The staff there are super friendly, and the waiting room is extremely clean and welcoming. The detail level of detail in the inspection was incredible, and then I was provided with a link to a report going over each item that was inspected, whether it was good, should be maintained soon, or was critical. The report even had photos of things they looked at on the car. It was AWESOME.

Tremendous, timely service at JS Auto!
We asked for help from JS Auto to resolve an urgent issue regarding the car of a member of our extended family. We are 'car sitting' a 2007 Pontiac Gran Prix owned by Brandon, the grandson of a dear friend, who attends college in the Boston area. Two tires failed to hold air and needed to be replaced; unfortunately, we became aware of the severity of this issue only on Thursday of this past week and were planning on delivering the Pontiac to Brandon on Sunday. I stopped by JS on Thursday afternoon and Matt helped me schedule the repair for THE NEXT DAY, which was completed on-time and at the price quoted. I cannot speak highly enough of the JS Auto team and how accommodating they were. A hearty holiday THANK YOU to everyone there.

Wow Great!
I have never had such great service! I had an inspection and an oil change. They did a great inspection and checked everything. I got a detailed report from them. No trying to make me buy anything extra. I highly recommend this place!

Awesome Service and Great Information from Staff
I am always nervous going to a new independent garage. These folks were friendly and super helpful on the phone, let me in a few minutes early to keep me from waiting outside on a frigid morning, did a great once-over on my car and let me know about problems currently and those that are brewing.
This is what I need as a person who knows nothing about how to take care of my car and how to anticipate what is needed next, important for budgeting repairs and maintenance. AND, no greasy steering wheel, etc. on the inside of the car! Love this place and the people!

Tire swap was OK
I set up a winter tire swap for 9:30 and must have forgotten to tell them that I was waiting and needed the work done right away. They got me in as quickly as possible but it still took about two hours. I had asked that the tires be returned to me, but they didn't put them in the car because they didn't think they had enough tread. I returned for them (I live close so it wasn't an issue).All that said, this is the first time I wasn't completely happy.

Professional service at a local garage
Since it opened, we've been very happy with this service station, having them perform standard maintenance, tire changes, and inspections on three vehicles. The most recent visit was for the state inspection, and as usual, I left knowing my car was running safely. There is no comparison to the original station at this location. It is clean and welcoming, and our vehicles don't reek of cigarette smoke after servicing.
