A very grateful customer.
I can not express our gratitude to Nick and his auto technician for saving our day! Our car unexpectedly had major car problems on a recent day trip to Sunapee NH. They went above and beyond what we could have hoped for. When we got our car towed to the shop, Nick met us immediately, quickly diagnosed the problem and knowing our afternoon was not going well offered us drinks, snacks and a loaner car if we wanted. It was the end of the day and Nick ordered the parts we needed and said he and his technician were willing to stay until they were able to get our car repaired and we could get back home. We are so grateful to both of them. Our only complaint is that we are from out of state and not local to the area. If we were we would absolutely have Nick service our car on a regular basis. His professionalism, kindness towards us and thoughtfulness will always be remembered. Thank you. Job well done.
