Awesome Customer Service
It is always a Joy going to Joy Automotive Service. I guess thats where they get the name from. Superb customer sercice and very satisfied with the work.

Honest and Efficient
For years I've taken my vehicles to Louisville for servicing with a shop I could trust. So glad I listened to a friend and checked out Joy Automotive. I now have a Trustworthy shop right here at home in Radcliff. I've now had two of my vehicles worked on at Joy Automotive and I'm very satisfied with the quality of work and the price.

Bill and his team are excellent to deal with. Great customer service. Outstanding technicians. Prices for service that can’t be beat. I have a large family and 5 vehicles to take care of. I’m obviously on a tight budget and have been bringing all my vehicles to Joy Automotive since they opened. They have a loyal customer for years to come.

Another Job Well Done!
I have utilized Joy's Automotive on several occasions and they always take great care of my vehicles. I had only one incident where they didn't have the specialty on a specific vehicle and they recommended the best route to go. So, integrity is a big part of Joy's Automotive. I trust them with all my vehicles and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I really enjoy going to Joy for my automotive service. They are so friendly especially Bill working at the counter. They always do good work and are very friendly and fast. For all my automotive service needs I go to Joy.

They quickly scheduled my appointment. When I got there they greeted me enthusiastically and was eager to start helping me. They even helped me out with getting my husband’s car setup with an appointment and answered all of my questions.

Honest and they stand behind their work.
Joy services all my vehicles. I have done business with Bill since he opened the shop. He has always treated me with respect and been honest on every repair. They do fantastic work for a very reasonable price to include tires. I trust in what they say and feel very comfortable when they do a job for me. If your looking for a honest, reliable work for a reasonable price Joy Automotive is absolutely the best in this area!!!
