Unlike some of the shit reviews....I had a different experience
I had previously avoided buying from Jones because I got a better deal elsewhere....however....I recently traded in my car for a Telluride and actually had a wonderful experience. While I might not have gotten bargain basement...I still got a competitive price and my saleswoman Markeshia was so wonderful friendly and genuine throughout the process. She never promised something she couldn't deliver...she never pressured me to buy what I couldn't. Her counterpart who I spoke on the phone with originally...Athina...Athena... also delightful knowledgeable and polite. I was somewhat surprised after previous experience at Jones...but this was a top notch and speedy experience. If you previously didn't love them...give it another go. ESPECIALLY with the aforementioned ladies. They were polite friendly ethical speedy efficient and knowledgeable...everything you want in a salesperson and more.
