Amazing first time experience! Trustworthy.
Amazing first time experience! Javier and James took care of my car and I! Really honest straightforward. Was referred by a friend of mine. So, I called them this morning explained my issue and Javier didn’t hesitate, he told me to come on in right away and he’ll run the diagnostics on my vehicle. Super kind super friendly! He made room for me as he was working on other vehicles! I would highly recommend coming to John’s Auto Repair! A lot of weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I will definitely come back and get my car serviced here.
They use new OE parts. After Javier ran the diagnosis he went over the invoice on what I needed. Super honest pricing, broke down the invoice on what everything was going to cost! No up charge ! Got it done the same day.The engine light is gone! Hasn’t returned. Very satisfied and happy that my car is back on the road like normal! Thank you Javier and James! I will be a returning customer. Felt like family!
