GREAT SERVICE!
After reading the various reviews, I scheduled an appointment for some service concerns with my vehicle. From my initial contact to schedule the appointment to completed service, the entire experience was professional and courteous – prices were fair and service was completed efficiently and on time. Mike could not have been more helpful in providing easy to understand (and most appreciated clear explanations) of the service issues and the work required to make the repairs. I highly recommend John Jay Automotive and will definitely use their services again for routine service and/or repairs as needed.
