Honest & informative conversation with options
Typically when you walk into a repair shop explaining to them how a person is a weekend warrior mechanic, they usually are resistant in working with you. Joe's Engine Repair did the total opposite. They welcomed the conversation of what repairs I did and where I'm stuck providing upfront options and possible solutions but kindly reminding me that they still need to do their investigations and more can come of it. They were able to pinpoint my issue in a timely manner and resolved it at a reasonable price. I'm a first time customer that will now become a repeat customer.
