I want to share with future Joes Myers Customers or any other Dealers that people will go to. Please don’t sign papers until you sit in your truck or car and make sure you get all features you want. Don’t trust Joe Myers Salesman. I took for Granted my Salesman Alex Reyes that he knew what he was selling me . He don’t know anything about my truck he sold me. I’m writing you customers to tell you I signed paperwork before I knew my Heated Steering Wheel was missing but it was too late. This has been 1 1/2 years ago and I’m still complaining. So please be careful. The New Manager Aubrey Cook told me “ We don’t owe you nothing “. When I first purchased my truck, they told me they can install a Heated Steering Wheel. I went back to get my truck and they told me they couldn’t install my HSW. They should have told me back 1 1/2 years ago that they would order the necessary parts when Ford makes them , but they didn’t. They need better leadership and training for their Salespeople . What happened to Customer Satisfaction. I wanted to share my experience with you future customers . I hope you have learned from reading. Thank you. McJobe Caraway
