Oil Change and Maintenance Service
During the service, Joe always goes over what was found that may need to be replaced or repaired. He always recommends taking care of safety issues first.

Joe, Rich, and the staff are great.
Joe always recommends what my car needs at that time, and the things that can wait. They will do their best to work around my schedule or get me in asap.
Joe has the kind of friendly service that cares about, and wants to keep their customers, not over price, or provider unnecessary services. I have been a customer for years, and I don't think about going elsewhere.

Thanks once again Joe
This was a snap SES light going on. He tested it the next day and I have a weak but still functioning catalytic converter. He warned me that the light could go on at extended speeds/highway trips. A couple of days later he priced out my options for replacement, which it will need.

Always excellent, professional, and trustworthy!
I've been taking my vehicles to Joe for service and repair for 20 years and would take them nowhere else. Joe always explains repair issues and options patiently and thoroughly, the work has always been completed in a thorough and timely manner, and the cost is very reasonable for the quality of the work.

I've never felt like I was being upsold on service or repairs I didn't need. Quite to the contrary, Joe will readily tell me if he thinks I don't need to spend money on something, or if work doesn't need to be done right away - and so when he does make a recommendation, I follow his advice knowing that there is a good reason for what he's telling me.

This was proven by the one time many years ago I didn't follow his advice. Joe had suggested I replace my alternator, but I procrastinated, and my truck died as I was driving up the Garden State Parkway. I lost power so quickly that I almost didn't make it off the roadway, at night, which would have been very dangerous. Fortunately I was able to coax it into a parking lot just off the exit ramp, but it was still a huge inconvenience. Ever since then when Joe makes a recommendation I have him do the work sooner rather than later because I know he's suggested it for good reason.

Joe and his team help me get my last truck up to 360,000 miles after 20 years, and it might still be on the road if it had not been totaled in a crash. My current 10 year old truck is now up to 156,000 miles, and I credit Joe and his team for keeping it running as well as the day I bought it, and I know they will help me keep it on the road for many more years and many more miles.

Always helpful
Joe is always helpful when figuring out what is wrong with my Jeep. He explains everything in detail and will give his expert opinion on what the cause might be and offers options on how he’d like to fix it.
