Anxiety-free oil change
I used JM Auto for my oil change, mainly because I had a coupon. I observed staff working as a team and being customer-focused. They kept me in the loop, and that helped me feel reassured. They followed up a week later to ask how my car was doing, too!

Very satisfied with repair and service
I was in Duluth when my vehicle broke down recently and I had it towed to JM Auto. Have been using them for service for years. Always feels like the service could not be better. Also like the fact that I can get a loaner car if the repair will take several days. Keep up the great work!!

Had vehicle work done
Very courteous and responsive. Was able to drop vehicle off night before and pick up after house with no issues. Vehicle drives a lot better now

Quality, local service
I needed an alignment after replacing my steering rack. It's a busy time of year for everyone, so in the end my car wasn't completed till the morning after originally projected on account of the computer system also being down all that morning. That said, the scheduler was very apologetic about the situation, even though it was out of his control.

The car is running down the road with no issues, and I'm grateful for the quality service.
