I have never had to bring my vehicle back because the repair was not done correctly nor have I ever had to bring extra money with me or pay anything extra over what Justin quoted me. When I first started taking my cars to JLH, the first couple times, I would get a quote from Justin for the Labor and the part. I would then call around to other repair places that I knew of, and to this day, I have never received a lower quote on a part for Labor for a specific job. To be completely honest the only time I have had someone do it cheaper was when I had a friend who is retired fix it for me on the side. This is why I’ve continued to send my friends and family to JLH
