Check engine light
I called and spoke with Brett, the service manager about my truck check engine light on. He readily scheduled me in to check out the issue. His technician found a few areas that were the problem and he kept me updated while I waited and worked in the waiting area. They were able to fix the entire problem for just over the cost the dealership would have charged just to hookup the diagnostic machine and in way less time. Brett also shared the story behind helping feed animals around the shop, which sold me more than the excellent service and customer pricing. I am never going back to the dealership and I am bringing my truck into Brett and his team for everything! I am a new life customer of this service center. I highly recommend Jim’s Tire and Auto Services, and their class A service and good hearted people taking care of people and animals. Thank you Brett and team!
