I turned my paperwork in first of August 2025 to get my gap money back on 2 vehicles that got paid off way early. I have called them and they had no clue what to tell me . So I kept calling them at this point it's already been 15 times leave messages no return calls or nothing letting me know what's going on . Called again today left a message and no call back 12/19/25 that just shows me they only care about money owed to them and not the customers. I have bought 2 vehicles from them but I will find another dealership to do business with
