Excellent experience
I am not one to write a review..however I have to say that my experience with Jim Johnson Hyundai was excellent. I had called another Hyundai dealer in my area and was basically given the brush off by them. I contacted Jim Johnson and spoke to Whitney in the service. She was awesome from the first phone call. The way they handled my problem was the way a dealer should do. I’m extremely impressed with everything. Great job!

My oil change
I like your service just had a problem when I was there March 21 2022. I was just there for a oil change and they did something to my transmission fluid . Yes they drain all the transmission fluid and replace it with new fluid so far no problem I hope it doesn’t give me any if so I will come back and expect for you all to fix it Free. Like I said I was only there for a oil change

Problem was not able to be fixed that day
I purchased a new 2021 Hyundai Ioniq in May of 2021. The AC worked fine last summer and now it does work. I scheduled an appointment and drove an hour and a half to take my car to the dealership. Only to find out that they could not fix it that day because the master mechanic needed to be contacted to troubleshoot the vehicle. So now I need to take another day off work in order to have my air conditioner fixed.

Will never do buisness here again!!
Do not do business here. If you want to be respected as a valued customer , do not go here! After the sale they will not help you at all! The air-conditioning doesn't work on our brand new 2022 hyundai venue and they refuse to fix iT! THIS IS VERY BAD BUISNESS ETHICS!

Thank you for taking the time to review our service. There is not a vehicle associated with this review nor is the name in our system. However, I do recall a '22 Venue that was recently in for the same issue. If that's the same vehicle in question, I see that the issue was the result of damage to the condenser from a foriegn object making contact with it. In this case, Manufacture warranty would not apply unless it were a defect in factory workmanship or materials.

Outstanding dealership and better than outstanding service department!!!
My car broke down on the highway and I was towed into Jim Johnson. The problem was found but the part was not available and it was thought it might take 5 weeks to get the part. I was thrilled when I was called in 6 days and informed that the part was found and my car would be ready in a week and not 5 weeks. All of the work was covered by my warranty AND they covered the cost of a rental car for me. Just wish I lived in the Bowling Green area so that I could have Jim Johnson service my car.

Amazing dealership as always!!!
This dealership has always made sure that I've been completely satisfied with the service I receive for my vehicle. I've only had an issue with the service one time and they went above and beyond to make it right and to make sure I was happy. I have a little one now and they always make sure they get my service completed as quickly as possible and make the drop off, wait and check up as easy as possible for me.
I will definitely look at buying my next Hyundai when the time comes from them.

Always great service and nice staff
I’ve always loved my car but some of the things that are wrong with it and told staff about while under warranty, besides recalls, I don’t feel like really ever got looked in to and not fixed

Unsurpassed competence, courtesy, and professionalism!
This dealership visit was due to a negligent driver striking my vehicle, resulting in my having to have my vehicle repaired. This resulted in my having to deal with the other driver's insurance company, which in my opinion is never a "happy" situation. Due to Jim Johnson's courtesy and professionalism, it made the whole process a great deal better than it would have been otherwise, and I greatly appreciate it.
