It was easy to schedule online and I was checked in on time. They kept me updated from the time I arrived to to the time the car was returned. Customer service was aways available and the waiting room and the restrooms and the handicap stall was clean, lighted and safe. When my service was completed they went over the service they had done and they returned my car cleaner then before. The car was returned at the drop off . I didn't even have to readjust my seat .
I recently had a key fob replacement, and at that time the regular old fashioned physical metal key wasn't available. I was told that a replacement would be made and I would be notified when it was available. Sure enough, in just a couple of days, I had a call telling me my new key was ready for pickup.
After having some brake work done I noticed the brakes were starting to sqeak. Contacted the service deparatment and was able to get in for evaluation the next day.
The service advisor named Edgar A. was very helpful. He took care of my vehicle urgently, was very nice, and ordered me a ride to and from the dealership.
Overall, I had a great experience here. Everything was straightforward and went smoothly. The staff was kind. My service advisor, Estevan, was very helpful and great at maintaining communication and keeping me in the loop regarding vehicle updates. I was given a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being serviced, which helped immensely.

I don’t know if I figured out how to get an oil change and under three hours or if things are actually improving, but the last two visits have been better than been better than the first hundred thousand miles between my two vehicles
Called at beginning of June with an oil leak. Was told they could get me in sometime in July. Told me to make sure I check the oil. When it finally got in, found out the oil pan was leaking on a vehicle with only 15,000 miles on it. They did a great job to fix it. Multiple problems with this vehicle make me wonder about quality.
I recently had my vehicle serviced at Jim Click Eastside. As always, it was done correctly and the staff was friendly and professional. I trust Jim Click and will continue to take my vehicle there.
First, the team at Hyundai, together, would have made this experience five stars. Their effort in making sure that my daughter's vehicle was inspected and finally repaired was outstanding. I am grateful to Hyundai Motor Company, which stood by its warranty and replaced the faulty engine without much hassle. Again, five stars.
My reduction in the final star count is due to my daughter's initial service advisor, Zach. He did not return any phone calls or voicemails that we left for him. Other service advisors had to step in and complete forms and make adjustments to the car rental that my daughter had while her vehicle was being worked on. The only two times my daughter spoke to Zach were during drop-off and pick-up of the car. The only time I heard from Zach was when he called my cell phone to let me know that the vehicle was ready for pick-up. I understand that he may have been busy, but it would have been nice if he had at least returned one of the many phone calls and messages that were left for him.
