Fast and professional
I came to JB's in a bad situation and they really came through for me. I had a car that needed a part changed that I was going to do myself but schedule conflicts precluded. When my secondary car died as well I asked JB if they could get the swap done for me, even though garages (rightly) don't like those sorts of jobs. They got me back on the road that same day and made our lives immeasurably easier.
