I know the owner personally, and you can tell he really cares about the work and the customers. He’s one of those rare business owners who remembers your name, asks how your family’s doing, and takes pride in making sure everything is done right.
Even though they’re a towing company, they’ve become my go-to spot for all the basic upkeep on my car. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust these days, but Merc is definitely one of them.
