Dealership Level Experience
First time customer, found Jeremi’s on AAA website with great reviews and they were close to home. Set up the appointment on their website, took my car in for ac repair and check engine light. They sent me the video estimate within a few hours, once I approved, they ordered my part, which took a few days to arrive, but they did inform me of that and my car was fixed with no issues. The price was a little high but for dealership level service and the 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty, this was expected. Staff is friendly and establishment is nice and clean, would have given a 5 star review but my only concern is the $225 diagnostic fee should be waived once the repair is approved to be fixed.
