Horrible
Worst service dealership that I have ever dealt with. Not only was the service staff confused about servicing ( No Clue), but also the team had a bad demeanor .

I was told they had never seen my car, and had to call AAA to verify that my car was there.

First impressions are lasting impression, for me.

I was also hung up on by Management Staff (Aaron). I would not recommend anyone do any business with this Hyundai. In comparison to others which have consistent and friendly customer service.

Worst Dealership I have ever visited
We were put in touch with them through TrueCar. Received countless emails and texts and finally decided we would try them, even though they were 90 miles away. Their words - "Prompt and courteous responses
Competitive, up front guaranteed savings on any in-stock vehicle
Quick and easy buying experience."
Well, I am not sure they understand those words.
Because of the distance we wanted to get as much taken care off and approved before driving all the way up there and so we completed the credit application and were (apparently) approved. They knew our budget and assured us that is what we would pay, the car would not be available until December 28 at the earliest, but we should come up as soon as possible to secure that car and lock in the price before it increases in January. Up to this point everything was great. We both work until 5:30, so we decided we would set an appointment for 7:30pm and it was confirmed, quite a few times, in fact, we had more emails and texts in that time from other salesmen there, because clearly communication is lacking. We were to meet with Tyler and Carl and so we set off on our 90 minute journey. We arrived on time, our name was on the board to meet Tyler and so we introduced ourselves to the receptionist. She seemed a little confused as Tyler and Carl had both left for the day. So I checked my emails ... "Thank you for letting me know! We are excited for your visit to our dealership. I have set an appointment for you for 7:30pm this evening. Please ask for me at the receptionist desk when you arrive ! Tyler" ... so then I checked my other message and Carl says we will be meeting Tyler who is the BDC but he will be assisting us with the purchase."
Not a great start.
So, they find someone else, not sure who that was as he never introduced himself and of course he knew nothing, he may have been the coffee boy for all the knowledge he had. All the time I am looking at the sign that says if you are not happy contact ... well I was extremely unhappy, especially when he vanished and came back with a quote that was 3 times our budget ... well, I think that is what he was trying to convey.
Anyway, talk is cheap and for the amount of emails and text messages I have, I was expecting good service ... I am also happy to share everything in case you think I am exaggerating ... I am actually playing down how horrible an experience this was ... never been to a dealership and not been properly introduced to the salesperson, offered a drink, or indeed had none of the people who set the appointment bother to show up, especially when they know I am driving 90 miles each way after finishing a long day at work based on offers they made.
If they couldn't meet my budget, then what was the point in having me drive all that way. I asked if they could and they said yes. I even reconfirmed it. What did they think would happen, I would just agree to the 300% increase? Waste of our time. First time I have ever walked out a dealership.
Unprofessional, do yourselves a favor and just AVOID.

Disappointed
I am normally not a complainer but I have to this time. I had a scheduled appointment last Saturday to have the splash pan fixed on my car. I waited an hour and a half to be told by the service rep that the part needed was not in stock. It had to be ordered and I will have to come back. I have been a customer of Jenkins since we moved here almost 16 years ago. I have been very happy with the service and the staff. Thank you for letting me vent my frustration. I do miss the doughnuts !!!!!

"Sorry for wasting your time"
On the morning of Saturday 5/8/2021 coming home from playing golf, my "READY to Drive" light (light shows a car solid green with arrows right and left) starts flashing on my 2021 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid LE. I get out my trusty manual and look it up and it indicated to have my vehicle serviced immediately and there is something wrong with the hybrid system. I called the service department and they told me they couldn't do anything over the phone (understandable) and I should bring it in. Knowing the service department would be closed on Sunday, we decided to break our plans and drive the 45 minutes to have them look at it since I didn't want to go until Monday morning driving it if there was a problem. I arrive and they take my car in and I wait for over an hour and 15 minutes. I walked around a bit and I sat behind the desk of a service representative named Pedro and I was reading. I noticed a service technician approach Pedro's desk and said he tested everything, couldn't find any issues with the vehicle. Pedro then said to the service technician, which I could hear completely, "Sorry to waste your time". Then Pedro stands up and calls out my name and the look on his face when he could see I overheard that comment. "Sorry to waste your time?", seriously! Light flashing, I drive 45 minutes, then sit for another 1 hour and 15 minutes, then drive home another 45 minutes and hear Pedro apologize to the service technician for "wasting his time". Incredible. No apology from Pedro for wasting my time.

Don’t bother wasting your time. I came in for a vehicle that msrp 35k they had discount down to 28,800$, prior to coming in I confirmed with them about there current sales event of offering up to 3k over kelly. Needless to say when we sat down to go over the numbers the numbers jump to 39k$????? It’s not like fully loaded sonata limited doesn’t even go over 36,000$ msrp and they undervalued my trade in by over $10000. I get their running a business but at what point does this become robbery. Felt like switch and bait. They didn’t honor any of the rebates, or their own sales promotion. I wonder how many uninformed buyers didn’t catch on to this classic switch and bait. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed. If your looking to over pay for your vehicle, get an extremely low trade in value for your clean trade and all around waste a few hour out of your day then this is the the dealership for you. Better yet any of the Jenkins auto group dealerships this isn’t the first time going through this.
