The sales manager, Zachary Purvis and finance manager David Lenkowski were so nice during the pre-purchase process. Both answered phone calls and emails very quickly. As soon as the purchase was over, both did not answer emails, texts or phone calls. I had to get Genesis corporate involved to obtain required certified preowned paperwork and finance information. Never received a simple thank you for purchasing from their dealership. They received their sales and money and did not want to followup with a new customer. I expected so much more from a Genesis dealership.
