Worst experiencing attempting to buy anything ever
The sales team here Including management barely qualify as humans. They are deceitful, demeaning, soulless conmen. The price on the website is not accurate. They do list a $5,000 market adjustment but then they adjust 3-5 thousand more. And that’s before they get to taxes and fees which we all expect. They will tell you that it is your fault if you didn’t somehow just know that the price would be mysteriously jacked up and that if you read the entire disclaimer on their website then it should have been clear. Go ahead. Read their website and see if you understand how a car on the lot is 7-10 thousand dollars above the site listed on their website BEFORE taxes and fees. And don’t ask for an “out the door” price before getting there because they’re “not allowed” to do that. And if you question their methods or prices in any way you will then be subjected to harassment and bullying as if to suggest you are a low life piece of scum for even caring about the price or being treated like a customer. Do not go to this dealership unless you enjoy the lovely smell of the restroom wafting through the showroom, being treated like a criminal or perhaps you’re just bored and want to see the worst sales tactics ever. Not sure how they think this leads to sales. Explains a lot though when you see the place and their proud faded sales awards from 2015.
