Jenkins Automotive took great care if me. I scheduled the day before, took my car in and they took me home. They fixed my car and I had it back the next day. They were very professional, courteous & prompt & I will be returning and recommending them to my fellow man & woman!!
Doesn't mind giving an estimated quote if asked. Final price has always been the estimated quote. I like that they have a lifetime warranty on all their parts. They have always found the issues very quickly and serviced my vehicle quickly. They are open to any questions and fix your vehicle honestly. There are cheaper places in town but I prefer here because I know my vehicle will get fixed appropriately. They seem very educated and familiar with jeeps and all the parts
Ella said she brought her vehicle in there and no one got back to her or said anything about her vehicle for 2 and a half weeks. Chase was supposed to be the one to contact her and never did. They did fix her vehicle, but it took over a month.
Why would I ever take my vehicles elsewhere? I've been a more than satisfied customer for many years now, and the mechanics have kept my cars in top running condition. I recommend Jenkins heartily!
