Lie ,not make right ,bribe
So they lie about my car and getting me a spare key even though they made sure I got them two on my trade,,,management won’t even make it right and my salesman agrees and tries too so the GM contacts me and basically if I want my key which was agreed to and omission by my salesman that I only get it if I change my review on google,,,so next day after phone convo with the GM he texts me and I text him back asking that I’ll get my keys only if I change or take down my review ,,mind you I already waited 3 wks for them to make it right,,,I’ll eat the cost of buying new keys and not take down my post I guess Jeff Wyler needs the money more than me if they have GM that don’t make things right,,,I sent screen shot back to him and I have it saved

Worst place ever
I had to pick one star because I can’t be giving 0 stars.
From the beginning my husband to his car to get fix and it’s been 40 days without a car and none updates about it no one knows what is going on with our car and we have a case number which we try to use and no one pick our calls up never and when they did they send us to a waiting line and at the end to leave a voice record messages, I don’t know is if correct for a dealership to stay with a car that they say they will fix and then we don’t know nothing about it, I don’t recommend this place don’t go there because they will just have the right of staying with your car for 40 days straight and don’t let you know nothing about what is going on. Lack of communication and lack of good service is what is offered there, this place is a joke and the funny part is that they have the right of doing this kind of stuff to their customers.

Damage to vehicle
After having service performed I found damage to my vehicle once I got home. I know it couldn’t have happened anywhere else as it was not there before dropping it off and I had not gone anywhere else after my service appointment except straight home. Unfortunately they were closed so I left a voicemail and they have yet to return my phone call for over a week. During the middle of the week I’ve tried calling countless times to which they would never answer. You have to take time out of your day to show up in person to get anything done which is unfortunate and poor service.

Incompetent service department
Most incompetent service I have ever seen. They are totally disorganized and it took them three weeks just to figure out if my extended warranty covered the repair (which ultimately it did). The manager kept losing the paperwork, they kept telling me the repair was not covered by the factory warranty and then I would remind them about my extended warranty; then they would ask me to call them again the following day and we would be back to the warranty issue or the manager losing my paperwork yet again. The repair work took only one day and I am not aware of any problems with the quality of the work but the three weeks of debating factory warranty vs extended warranty was ridiculous and unacceptable. They could not even give me a loaner car or offer me a ride home.

I think the problem I had was due to being short handed, I'm ok with waiting a little longer as long as I don't have to ask what is taking so long.

Not able to diagnose problem in time used
Need to provide loaner vehicle so that customer can leave vehicle over night when longer diagnostics are required which is my case.

Excellent Service
I had an early service appointment. The garage door opened, my service manager quickly completed my paperwork and the car was off for my oil change and inspections. One hour later, he helped me reset the service reminder and I was on my way. That's how service is done ! Thanks team.
