Back on the road
Response time and coordination of tow was very good. I got my car back as quickly as they were able due to their workload. I have a new and based on the price a long lasting high end battery. The only comment that isn’t great would be the several hundred dollar charge for scope of issue. Seems excessive but it was explained and I was in a position where I needed the work completed. Having a loaner was a life saver.

As for the charge to diagnose the issue—the half hour fee of approximately $100 is because accurate diagnosis takes trained technician time, professional equipment, and a step-by-step testing process. That fee gives us the ability to verify the concern, find the root cause, and provide a recommendation we can confidently stand behind. It’s similar to an insurance policy against guesswork.
