I appreciate the diligent effort to locate my discontinued catalytic convertor and to have my truck back to me on time. I am how ever disappointed that I couldn't pick up my truck that night and picked it up the next morning, only to find the rear window completely rolled down and the DS window down about 3", and yhere was trash left in thr vehicle. I'm glad no one decided to steal anything out of my vehicle.

We’re sorry to hear about the condition you found the vehicle in at pickup. Leaving the windows down is not part of our procedure, and we will address this with our team so we can do better moving forward. We also want to clarify that the “trash” left in the vehicle was our disposable plastic/paper floor mat, which we use as a courtesy to help protect customers’ vehicles while they are in our care.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and apologize for the concern it caused.
