Difference in opinions
Overall, I'm sure people have great experiences here, and after talking with Jay about his methods I understand them. It wasn't what I expected though. I was under the impression my ongoing problem was covered under the initial diagnostic fee, they wanted more time (more money) to find a true, root cause issue. I didn't agree with it, and they were admirable in parting ways. I'm sure they even gave me a better part of the deal.

Thank you for the feedback and for speaking with Jay about the situation.

At drop-off, we discussed that there would be no additional charge if the concern was the same as your previous visit. Once testing began, it was determined to be a separate issue, and we reached out. After spending several hours attempting to duplicate the concern, we let you know additional diagnostic time would be needed.

As a courtesy, we didn't charge you any diagnostic charge even though our trained technicians spent several hours on your vehicle. Also, we didn't charge you for the time that Jay spent directly on the phone with you explaining the situation. We understand this wasn’t what you expected, and we’re sorry for any confusion.

We appreciate the opportunity and wish you the best.
