Great work but communication lacking
This shop is beautiful. You can tell they care about the quality of their service because not only is the front of shop clean and tidy but the windows showing the back of shop is kept just as clean. They take pride in their work and it shows. They also saved me $2000 over the dealer price for my service which I also really appreciate! The only minor issue I had and why I docked one star (would dock only half a star if I could) was lack of communication. I was told my vehicle would be ready on a certain date and then heard nothing until 2 days after that date but from that point on communication was fantastic. Would have liked to have been told on the date they said it would originally have been ready so I wasn't just left in the dark wondering.
