Had a mva, car towed to Jamie's . Had dealt with him previously.. insurance company sent the repair amount n mail I signed it he cashed it, never did repairs, kept gtn the run around.. after about 4or 5 mos of call n going by wen I came in to town from wrking out of town nothin done to my car!!! I ask for keys the said it was illegal for me to take the car since the car wasn't repaired... I pressed on for about three days finally I took my car to another shop same day and repairs were done n one day. I paid out my own pocket , returned to Jamie's for my total refund with copy of receipt from near by shop. He agreed with insurance company to send the refund to them and never did to this day.. not only did he call the police saying I was trespassing, but his female worker pointed her finger In My face and said (get TF out of here u black ass niGGer.. I was floored... Really like I done something wrong... Little did they no there was a witness who can vouche this occurred... It's a shame to been treated in such a disrespectful manner...

Issues with work and lack of refund
We had take our van in transmission work it sat for 3 weeks with 1200 paid toward the work. We had to go in after many visits and ask we we need to obtain a tow truck and a refund. After 6 weeks the work was completed little did we know the work was not. The van broke down went to another shop and they had not put a bolt in place. I have requested a refund of the amount for the repair. Currently no refund has been made. This place is low on my list for repairs

Alice said Jamie is the only one that has worked on her vehicle since she has moved back. She loves this facility because they are always prompt with their service and the prices are always reasonable. She has always recommended them. There is not a better group than theirs.

David said a rat chewed up his engine and this business fixed it with no problems. He was able to pick his vehicle up a couple of hours after dropping it off. They provided great service. They had changed his fuel pump not too long ago and did a really good job on that as well. He noted someone referred him there and they lived up to his expectations.

James said the business provides good service but it would be better if he didn't have to call ahead to order a tire.
Destiny said every time she goes to the business she doesn't have to wait a long time and the staff is really nice to her. Everything she's had done there has been good.
Amanda said this business has excellent customer service. They picked her up and gave her a ride to work. They gave her a detailed report of the work, and they have a fair price.
Dave said he's had work done there before. He likes that they kept the old parts to show him because some places don't do that. They are very professional and courteous.
