Very professional and friendly.
I was greeted with a friendly smile and accommodating manner. The car was given the required services in a timely manner , even after being told that it might take longer than usual due to staffing shortages. The service manger checked on my warranty to see whether or not the service was complementary. It was not and told this before service began.. I appreciated him taking the checking on this .
The car was serviced and washed and I was escorted to my vehicle upon completion.

Service has been very attentive to my needs.
I bought a Hyundai at Shottenkirk Hyundai in Grandbury. It’s a 2020 Santa Fe with 2000 miles on it. The day after I brought it home I had to take it to James Woods. When I started it all safety lights came on and none of them worked. James Wood has worked tirelessly when I had to bring it back. It is still acting up and they are trying to fix it.Don’t buy from Shottenkirk.

The service I received for the recall of my vehicle was excellent. The personnel were helpful and friendly. They did not act as if I was imposing on their time. When I need to replace my car, I will definitely be shopping at this dealership.
